- Lipnice nad Sázavou: Lipnice State Castle – 200 m, Church of St Vitus, the house and grave of writer Jaroslav Hašek
- Swimming: recreational ponds 2–4 km, rocky pools 1–2 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, Humpolec summer pool 10 km
- Skiing: cross‑country skiing and sledging on site, downhill slopes with lifts 10 and 20 km away
- Mushroom picking: extensive forests with flooded quarries and hiking trails start 100 m from the apartments; cycling
- Fishing: private ponds for a fee – Vitonín 1 km, Kejžlice 5 km
- Nature reserve: Kamenná trouba – 65 ha – pond and wetland plant communities
- Transport: motorway Prague–Brno 10 km – exit 90 Humpolec; direct bus connections from Havlíčkův Brod and Světlá nad Sázavou
- Access: Lipnice nad Sázavou – square, opposite the U České koruny inn turn towards the castle, drive under the castle towards the school, immediately turn right behind it, then go straight at the first junction into a dead‑end street to the end. The owners live at house no. 232 near the accommodation facilities. Distance from the square approx. 600 m.

- So‑called “Posázaví Pacific” – a local railway allowing you to visit beautiful places along the Sázava River, such as Stvořidla, Ledeč nad Sázavou, Český Šternberk Castle, Sázava Monastery, or simply enjoy a romantic ride along the river.
